JRR Investments invests both in public and private companies. As for the latter, we seek to buy either minority or majority stakes. Having acquired a majority stake, we actively support the company's management board in the strategic management process. Our strategy involves cooperation with private equity funds and deal by deal funds within particular investment projects. We also support management teams in management buyouts (MBO).
